Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to cancel Dish. What a nightmare. Must have been told 10 times they'll lower the bill. Kept telling them it's too late, they should have lowered the bill instead of raising it in Sept. I liked the service when we had it but got tired of them always jacking the bill up. Finally I threatened to call the credit card company and have future payments stopped. If you still have Dish, well good luck when you get tired of them. |
