Floyd County, Iowa | Steel, about 7 inches long, is hollow with a broken off wooden handle(?) in it. Looks like maybe a handle end, but who knows. About 1.5 inches diameter at the thicker end. The collar fits the thumb/forefinger web nicely. No printing on it that we can find. The lady at the local historical society would like to know.
