Just drove through Stinnett, Texas on Hiway 207. On the outskirts of town there’s a sign instructing livestock vehicles to pull into an empty parking lot where there’s a pickup parked with flashing lights-it says Texas Animal Health Commission on the side. It’s my first time to see a checkpoint like that, what would they be checking for?
