Washington Co Ks | I was overrun at the end of last year with calls about Medicare supplements. I thought there was a deadline to enroll. Now it is starting all over again. I get calls every 15 to 20 minutes. It is beyond annoying. I was told that they have to remove your number from their calling list if you request it. I tried that and thought it may have worked but here we go again. I've tried being polite, I've been rude, and I've been angry but they still call. I've found that if I yell loud enough over their spiel they do hear and will either hang up or say "This is something to discuss at some other time. The other day a Mary hung up on me and the rest of the day I said "Mary hung up on me. Why did Mary hang up on me?" Several times they switched me over to an agent so I asked him why Mary hung up on me. I've asked them their age or what they are wearing. Lately, we've been waiting for calls about medical issues so feel like we need to answer the phone. | |
