NW KS | There is a summary of RTCM 3 messages on use-snip.com that I will leave a link to below. 1004 and 1012 are the older GPS(1004) and Glonass(1005) observation messages. 1006 is a slightly newer version of message 1005 and contains information about the base station antenna location. Hopefully 4088 isn't the problem there isn't much about it. The summary says, Assigned to: IfEN GmbH The content and format of this message is defined by its owner.
When you say the netR9 only allows a certain amount of customization what do you mean? Does it only allow you pick from certain groups of messages or can you select individual messages? What about the frequency of the messages? I assume they are most likely being sent once per second. The netR9 might be sending too much data compared to Leica base or the 1006 message might be a problem since it is technically different than 1005.
