Minnesota | "papers from FSA" need to be a certified determination to know for sure. If there was a certified determination, FSA should be able to find it for you.
If you have a map that says PC/NW, that is in your favor, but not necessarily a certified determination. If you tile before the CTD and they find a wetland where you tiled, you will be ineligible for any USDA programs until you restore the wetland. | |
