Fairfield County, Ohio, USA | I have no knowledge about the Trimble side of things, but it seems to me that you should be able to figure out what the InCommand expects the pinout to be by looking at line drawings for other solutions.

From various documents (GPS 7500 connector pinout as well as the dual-port cable pinout), I think that this is the mapping between GPS 7500 and InCommand:

I don't have a pin-out for Ag Leader's null modem adapter.
It looks to me like the pins you're going to need are 3,2,5, and very very much want to ensure that pin 4 is not connected.
