Milford, IL | My wife says our bread machine is whatever Goodwill has for $7.99.
The key difference is the quality of the bread flour used - she says she only buys "King Arthur" brand and it rises another inch or two compared to other flours she has tried.
She used to make a loaf every week but we both eat quite a lot less bread than we used to. Homemade bread only lasts a week or a little less before molding in our climate. | |
