A$$ backwards program, pay people for growing a crop there is a limited market for. Should be paying to plant alternative crops so it takes some pressure off. Marginal acres add up when insurance pays more than raising another crop. But then the real beneficiary's, seed, fertilizer, machinery dealers wouldn't have as many farmers to launder tax payer money.
