I've worked on engines most of my life.
I'm 77 years old. I have never had
bad gas in a engine that would not
run.
Some gas smelled bad / funny. Some looked
different / color.
But in the end if it flowed it would run.
The reason most would not run was
carburetor related or points.

I have. I have done a lot of restoration on cars.

5 years seemed to be the turn point where you hit 100% will not work

3 years, maybe

2 sometimes

1 never had a problem
