West Central MN | MT700Ds got a new more powerful transmission computer. That was a building block for the step change improvements that came with the E-Series.
Ds have improved PTO control for applications like graincarts.
Another change was a new park brake.
There were some other little drivetrain tweaks but don't remember all the details. Wish there were better ways to capture all the detailed engineering changes over the years for historical purposes but most will be lost like tears in the rain. | |
