That kind of behavior is not acceptable in any country IMO. Sounded like he just hosted them, like a b&b type of deal. And like many things internet, prolly a certain level of embellishment applied. Not from mania, but in the translation of the story as told to him? And fully aware there are also no shortage of total douche bags out there.
