Do a good job estate planning, start the transition now, and set goals now on when you turn management over to the next generation. Then you will be able to come and go as you please.
Your going to have a lot more manpower 15 years from now when your 65 it sounds like.
Even now maybe another hired hand to lighten your load till the kids get older.
