East of Broken Bow | I bought an old USA made Black and Decker drill bit sharpener at a yard sale once for $5 and liked it so much I bought a second on ebay for $15 or so. Not the most compact, and you have to adjust it to get the right angle, but once set, it works really well. Goes up to half inch.
