NE Ohio | Have a remote farm where I'd like a simple space to crash occasionally.
Have a 16' high pole building on the property. Site has electric and I can get to water, no septic, so would plan on doing black water tanks initially.
Was initially just looking at campers or cabins. Then started to wonder if there's a cost effective options to add a step down bump out office / living space to the pole barn.
Would be looking at something 14x28 or so in size.
Any estimates on the cost of getting a bump out build onto the pole building? Current it's grass, so would need concrete, building, insulation, electric, etc. added into the space. | |
