| Hello all,
I’m building a new shop/warehouse with a new office space. 1000 sq ft of office space. A bathroom, one office that’s 12.5 x 20 ft, one room that’s 12.5 x 20 ft, and a large common area about 25x20. I had an hvac man come out and price cooling/heating with a traditional unit and furnace. He priced about $20k. I really don’t want to pay that much.
How unhappy would I be with a large (28k btu or so) window unit?
As well as heating, what decent options do I have for that?
