BECK’s studied them in there PFR plots, you could look up data on them. If I remember right they didn’t show much of a (+ or - ). However in your situation, I think they would cut stalks much better than the OEM type opener. Whether than would turn into a positive ROI for beans would be the real question.

I agree, as others mentioned, a row cleaner would be a great option to research. I think there’s a single tine option for 15 inch rows.

Haukoos Bros. In Glencoe MN. have an incredible selection of used row cleaners.
