NO WAY!!!!!
Tried using one to close a valve to a leaking steam trap at work inside a building. Floor had ever so slight slope to the floor drains. Electric scissor lift spun out trying to climb the slope. Parked the P.O.S out of the way got a small diesel lift and zero issues. Get something like a Genie Z45 instead great machine.
