I’ll eat it all in time Just always out of steaks and I prefer steaks. So I buy more steaks at the store. Restaurants got to have beef on the menu and if it’s overpriced and people don’t order. It rots in the fridge. Restaurant takes losses and closes its doors. This is where quality of beef comes in. Most people don’t care about price if they walk away from the meal pleased with taste. Good quality steak is in demand and most that buy them don’t care the price. Many ways to make money off of cattle besides the actual meat we eat. Bigger the packer better the spreads. | |
