Rebuild what you have and put it back in. Maybe upgrade to an electronic ignition. But.... I have a set of points for my old 73 350 1 ton that i pull out and show to mechanics and ask them "What is this", Most do not have a Clue. Sooo maybe leave in the breaker point ignition!! LOL What ever you do it will be Great. Have fun!
