Both are excellent motors, C9 has no emissions, Sisu has def but a better injection system, C9 has no emissions but HEUI, Sisu is rated slightly higher. Be a horse a piece honestly. You said all thing equal I’d still factor it based on track condition, undercarriage condition, and reaction arm oil tests.
