Brake components seem to be the most problematic. A brake booster issue put my 67 Ford F500 to pasture and then to scrap. Otherwise it is retrofit or find another application that used the same component but shows up as a newer listing. It's like finding a valve cover gasket set for 1990 IH 4000 swather with AMC 256 6 cylinder, eventually found a Jeep model that used the same head design by looking at parts pictures and ordered from an auto parts store.

When the parts store can't find the listing the next call is to auto wreckers. But that isn't going so well as 40 plus year old stuff is getting crushed. Even though 1985 is still some fairly new equipment for some of us.
