South Central MN | Couldn't really tell if the field had been beans or sugar beets. From the road it looked like some of that dirt was blowing from 2-3 fields back and across this one.
One guy in the area I live worked soybean ground with some sort of high speed disk and also looks like he had fall NH3 applied with a chisel plow style applicator after. That ground is moving just as bad as any beet ground here.
Some fields you can see blew worse where crops had drowned out and the ground was bare, but where they had a good stand it didn't blow at all. | |
