Central ND | We are no till here, it's just hard to maintain enough soil cover with beans, peas, etc and we seldom have enough fall moisture to get anything growing. And yes, I know i will bring out the cover crops nazis now but that's fine, we've tried several times and it's hard to get them established. We choose crops accordingly that will leave enough residue, and soybeans isn't one of them......has been several people quit beans here because of the wind | |
