Ive seen soil turn dead due to lack of tillage and drainage. 30-90 foot rings of dead, sour soil around sloughs, and even washouts in fields that haven't seen so much as a VT tool in over 5 years. I would argue we lose more ground from no-till/min till than we do conventional till
