It can go either way I have been told.
Here I know of one case won, probably because they have paid the property tax on it. Iowa Dave can you give any other info on that case as we have one going on here in Iowa as well. I bought the farm had it surveyed and i own 1/2 the shop that was built on the farm i bought. We are working with an attorney in Desmoines. The rule needs to be removed from the Iowa laws period. |
