Canada showed unity with Biden and the US and placed a 100% tariff on Chinese EV's in Oct. 2024. The US had placed their 100% tariif in May of 2024. China waited a bit and then retaliated with 100% tariffs on Canadian canola products amongst other items. Yet another mess the Trudeau and the Liberals got us into.
