Can you explain ‘dumping’ to me? I have never heard an economic definition.
Example: the Okanagan Valley was full of fruit orchards of all kinds 40 years ago. Now all that is nearly gone.
The reason is because US fruit was dumped on the market here at low prices, until the local producers had to quit.
Then the price went back up. That's where we are now.
