SW WI | I checked hard into LRP. Just don’t know if it’s for me with what I do. Seems like my scenario is at least $140/ hd to go close to a year out. Sure gov stands $40 but leaves me with $100 / hd to cover…..or, just contract with no $ out of my pocket.
I see this in cover crops and other gov programs…spend $2 of my own just to capture $1 of gov money. Doesn’t make sense to me.
Going on 40 years of doing my own thing. Not saying it works for everyone but made a modest living doing it so….keep on until it doesn’t work. | |
