cropsey, il 61731 | I agree that there didn't appear to be a reason for a payment. So, it must have been a "secure the vote" or "thanks for the vote" payment. I don't think it worked as planned. I'm saying this because I remember every time wild bill clinton got caught with his pants down, we either got a payment or he launched more cruise missiles. I would assume a similar motivation after all it's just gov't money. | |
