5'9" 150# and 60. Low carb, high animal protein. Run 30+ miles a week, lift with lots of labor working in the yards and gardens. Have defined ribs and waist line about 4" below my rib cage but still have a some belly fat (stretch marks?). About as good as it gets for an old man?
