I have gotten a few extra inches on my belly
I eat mostly a meat based diet.
Drink lot of water. Just can't seam to lose to. I'm 215.
Just want to watch it now before I get to big. Lol
What works to help in that area.
I don't eat bread very often also very small amount of sugar. I consider my self active but not running miles a day. I do walk a few miles a day.
Cut all carbs cold turkey. Or cold beef in my preference.
If loosing excess fat is your main priority, eat nothing but beef, butter without additives other than salt, and maybe a few eggs.
I have a Benjamin that says you will feel better than ever and drop weight to a perfectly healthy level.
No it won't kill you. The result will be the exact opposite. Life - and in it's fullest form.
I have been playing with it for several years. I don't have "chiselled" abs. I can pinch most of an inch. But I am down to 175 pounds (6' 1") and have gained significant muscle mass. Pretty darn stout. Visceral fat is way down. Subcutaneous fat is still there to some extent, but I honestly believe that it's not bad. Maybe even a good thing.
