| Maybe the “wind income” hurt the sale. I would never buy land associated with wind turbines or solar…. Especially after attending public wind proposal hearings last week.
These sales in Douglas County a few miles from me were all bare Drummer Flanagan. 144 PI on a couple of them. First Mid was the broker.
