Some leafy greens, lettuce salad with olive oil etc. not a problem
I know it's controversial, but I believe dumping seed oils helps. It eliminates a ton of processed food-like stuff from the feed bunk.
Pushing breakfast back to noon and having the last meal before 6; just coffee after 6 PM helped me.
Unless you're 5 foot 2, you're getting after this at a good place.
