West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | We just bought an adjustable bed this fall, it's the first King size bed we have ever owned as well. My 36 year sleeping partner is side sleeper so we came to the same compromise with head elevation as you did. We both like to have our feet slightly elevated. We have head and foot foot vibrate. When we crank them both up to eleven the windows really rattle...the jury is still out with both of us if the vibrate functions are good or bad.
When I fall asleep watching YouTube or the local news nightly weather report with my head elevated to T.V. watching level, without my CPAP installed, it isn't long until I wake up choking to death.
Like I have posted before, short of surgery, no matter what I've tried to alleviate my sleep apnea, the only thing that seems to "work" for me is a CPAP.
