Alton, Ia | Ever since Dec, when I was forced to switch to Google messages, about half the time, when people send pics, I am unable to read them. They show up as blurred. When I click to open I get a blank screen, when I click to download it goes to a place I can not find. I have spent over 5 hours with Google support after two hours with Verizon. The Verizon person's solution was to upgrade my S7 to a Galaxy S25. Nope.
Anyway, Google support eventually gave up also and told me to send screenshots to a support email. A short time later the email bounced back as "no longer monitored". I've tried going back on and getting thru their AI customer support chat BS, and just never get anywhere.
(I really, really hope there is a special place in Hell for Google Management).
But anyway, any ideas? Anybody else have this?
