Northeast Indiana | We've got 2 of these Breville machines. First one we got for our main home in Indiana 6 years ago. It's still working as good as the day we got it. Got the 2nd for our winter home in Texas. We use distilled water to help with scale build up. I know there is a lot of information out there saying distilled water still can cause issues, but we haven't found that to be true. It's stupid easy to use these machines, and they make as good or better coffee than we can get at any of the coffee shops.
