s nd | I had been taking nature made B-complex stress. Gave some to my cousin. Something I read where taking a certain b-6 or b-12 or vit e made me pause. There's better formula's of vitamins with one versus the other it's hard to keep up. I read don't take vit B before bedtime.
So last night I spent a bunch of time trying to find magnesium glycinate that doesn't have heavy metals in it. Seems it's always something. | |
