 East of Broken Bow | Nothing wrong with a 'rent to own' program for things, as long as it is all spelled out on paper legally. Might even be a tax advantage to him.
I also like the idea of share rent for people who are cash poor but willing to work.
One thing I might add, if the guy really likes you, there should be no hard feelings when you ask questions, or make offers as long as they are honest and fair.
