Was in on a marketing program today, the overall outlook for better basis does not look good, but maybe some hope in the futures prices.
Of everything, corn looks the best....right now
Milo....bad....due to China being the biggest market, and not as much as global crop as corn
beans, are comfortable to slightly tight.....so not overly excited.....again, trade is a big concern
wheat......we have plenty...but dry in the black sea area...perhaps the weakest of all (fallowed by Milo)
not good news for Midwest/high plains producers.
markets might be key this year
the perfect storm.....limited trade, drought (low yields).........
