Seneca Kansas 66538 | Landoll Manufacturing located in Marysville Kansas bought the planter line from Agco and started to produce them for a couple years. Great planters that needed to be updated but I think Landoll kinda shelved the product like. They changed the meter from the plastic unit to a cast aluminum but it just wasn’t as accurate seeding as the edge drop seed disc of the white farm equipment meter was. The Deutz unit was very heavy, had the staggered openers, large 18” closing discs butted with the gauge wheel tires. Was a great notill planter. One of those pieces that is kinda sad it got shelved but they are a tough piece to find parts for today. | |
