The angle of the output shaft needs to match the pinion
Your offset angle will determine if you need cv joints or if you can use u joints.
Get your angles set then call a driveline shop.
They make wedges to change the pinion angle
9” rise over a 29” run is doable with u joints but u need to match up the in and out shafts first.
