It is just a Law not being enforced. I have done exactly what your unsolicited advice is for years. But when I found out about this law a few days ago I thought why is it not being enforced. Look if you don't want to be part of this that's fine I'm not forcing or soliciting anyone.

Its not being enforced because there is a much newer Farm Bill in effect that overrides it. You can dream all you want but we will never go back to "parity pricing".
