West Kentucky | It should have been in writing but it must have not been communicated for some reason. We have used only Becks for nearly 20 years now, one thing they have never been is cheapest up front. The value at the end of the year has always been what we have concerned ourselves with more. It would be nice to have both, but the two don’t always or even generally work in tandem.
