West Kentucky | If it was understood that you were getting a 2025 model, then you need to talk to them, especially if it is something that has lost value because of model year. I have never seen them offer something in the program that didn't meet what was communicated. If it was a misunderstanding, then still worth a phone call. With that said, every time I have seen them use carryover items with cr, it has always been communicated in advance and evident by the value placed on the item. The last part of this is what ehoff said. This would have been the last place I would have ask the question if it was my question to ask.
