Subject: No till soybeans


Best planting option, Central NY 42`70m north. 0.9 beans, want to plant early, follow with wheat. Heavy corn stalk residue. What method is better- 30" planter rows with row cleaners or 15' drill (all new Needham bottom)? Short beans, 15" rows canopy faster but, row cleaners make nice strip of black dirt to warm up. If drilled, plan to plant at a slight angle to corn rows. Disk or VT first?
