Well, I tried to find out details, but some solar real estate search companies need to do a much better job...actually some are worthless, apparently.

Received one of those slick-printed cardstock flyers in the mail a couple weeks ago with our farm name. Wanted to lease land for solar in our area for $XXXX.00 per acre/year. I like to know details even if I know what my intentions will be. Sometimes you get inflated numbers after 2nd/3rd hand info.

So I called number on the flyer. It said to call immediately for details. Went to voicemail somewhere. I left a concise voice mail identifying myself & asking for call back. No reply for a day. Googled number. It's a real estate broker in Portland ME. Called again. Same voicemail. Left concise message again. Waited another day. Called again...

Anyway, 3 calls & no reply of any type after 10 days. And they want you to do hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of business with them? What a joke.
