central Ohio | The first thing people need to ask. Is solar is. Would they be building it if there was no government money. Just private monies if they could make money they would. I feel it a ponzi scheme. if you lease the dirt to them YOU are paying taxes and cleanup in time when they start failing and leave. It will be sold and resold so many times you never keep up with it. then be stuck with worthless ground for next generation to deal with. Just like oil wells. When it not productive they leave dont close and cleanup.... | |
