The offer we got was 15K cash price to sell or 1300 an acre lease.
They would have 4 years to build the system. In them 4 years it would be a $35/acre payment.
Numbers are insane. It's easy to be against it until the offer is made.hard to turn down that kind of money. We said no.
Really makes you think, why struggle forever when a guy could have cashed in?
Enough neighbors said no the project is dead for now.
At somepoint money isnt everything. Its necessary in life but it wont buy a persons way into heaven. |
