Making up fake numbers, but the ones around here are getting something like $50ac until the panels are actually producing. Then once they produce power they get say $1000ac for what is inside the fence. The acres outside fence does not get big money. So if you had 80ac and they put panels on 60ac, you would only get the $1000 payment x 60ac.
